Dance of the Dead, a 2008 film directed by Gregg Bishop is a unique medley of horror, comedy, and teenage-angst ridden romance. Jimmy finds solace in hangs around with a gang of misfits including the likes of Steven (Chandler Darby) and Jules.

As the prom night unravels, the plot delivers another twist. The dead literally start to rise from the graveyard due to a nuclear plant seepage and are consequently invading the town. As our misfit teenager heroes try to connect the dots and make sense of the frightening reality that surrounds them, they quickly realize that it’s up to them to save their town, their prom, and possibly the world.

What makes Dance of the Dead unique, is its ability to infuse humor into the grim narrative of a zombie apocalypse.
