Orbit Ever After

Seated inside his small and cramped astronaut’s suit, Nigel communicates with the girl using sign language, and a wordless romance blooms between them.

Black comedy and palpable desperation blend seamlessly as Nigel’s family squabble and survive within the constraints of their spaceship. Their struggles to come to terms with their son's interstellar love story are both endearing and absurd. Mackenzie Crook and Bronagh Gallagher superbly portray Nigel’s well-meaning but hopelessly wayward parents, illustrating a friction of generations.
