The villainous organization they're up against is known as "Galaxy," an ideologically driven criminal entity with the capacity to control the world’s climate. Their goal is to create a utopia, but their methods are unscrupulous, involving mass devastation and subjugation of the world government. They reside in a magnificent secret island lair, staffed by beautiful women, ever a trope of the genre, while the three idiosyncratic, power-hungry leaders orchestrate their evil plans, putting the natural world in peril.
