He learns soon that the lawless owner of the bag, Roy Gaddis (Jeff Kober) is a cold-blooded, ruthless criminal. Gaddis, on discovering his bag with Daryl, presumes that Daryl is after his territory and develops a nefarious plan to eliminate him. Consequently, Daryl finds himself wrongfully interconnected with Gaddis's deadly criminal operations and haphazardly enmeshed in the ruthless world of drugs and crime.

In a thrilling cat and mouse game, Daryl becomes a hunted fugitive on the run from deadly criminals and the police, who accuse him of a murder he did not commit. Like a lamb thrown amongst wolves, Daryl must use every bit of his wit to stay alive, get out of the mess he inadvertently landed in, and clear his name.

The film focuses intently on Daryl's character evolution. Starting as a naive and helpless teenager, Daryl's transformation into a determined rebel fighting for his survival forms the crux of the story.
