Road to Nowhere

A girl, Kate, walks down a road into Leadpoint, a dead-end Florida coastal town. In Philadelphia a pair of detectives and a sleazy reporter investigate the murders of a wealthy couple in their home. Bloody sheets cover the daughter's bed, but no body. In Leadpoint Kate finds a motel, a job, two lovers, a dead girl, visions of a Venetian Mask and a strange man. Through a haze of drugs, booze, and lack of sleep she can no longer tell illusion from reality.
