In 2011, the film industry blessed us with an epic, action-packed fantasy tale called Sucker Punch, directed by Zack Snyder. In Baby Doll's mental narrative, she concocts a daring escape plan involving a map, fire, a knife, and a key – all of which are metaphoric tools of her liberation. She isn't alone in her quest. Joining her are four other inmates: Sweet Pea, played by Abbie Cornish, her sister Rocket (Jena Malone), Blondie (Vanessa Hudgens), and Amber (Jamie Chung).
