Future Card Buddyfight is an animated television series from Aniplex that first premiered in 2014. The show is based on the franchise of the same name developed by Bushiroad, which includes card game, manga and an anime series.

The story is set in a parallel universe – more precisely, an alterna-universe located in a large city named Cho-Tokyo, where card games are the center of attraction.
