Star Trek: Enterprise

Star Trek: Enterprise, also simply referred to as Enterprise, is an American science fiction television series that aired on United Paramount Network (UPN) from 2001 to 2005. The show was the sixth series in the Star Trek franchise but serves as a prequel to the original Star Trek series, setting the stage for the interstellar saga's first steps into the final frontier.

Star of the show is Captain Jonathan Archer, played by Scott Bakula, best known for his role in Quantum Leap. Archer is a bold and principled explorer, eager to guide his crew across new and uncharted star systems. Backing up Captain Archer is the multifaceted crew of the Enterprise NX-01 — the first starship in the history of Earth bearing the name Enterprise.

John Billingsley stars as Dr. Phlox, the chief medical officer aboard the Enterprise. An alien from a species known as the Denobulans, Phlox provides a unique outsider perspective on humanity. Rounding out the main crew is Lieutenant Malcolm Reed, the armory officer of the Enterprise, portrayed by Dominic Keating. Reed's obsession with ship security and protocols, coupled with a reserved and uptight demeanor, adds another interesting layer to the crew's dynamics.
