As Nadia continues her exploration of Emilia-Romagna, she stops by the Salumi Grossetti Factory, which is known for delicious cured meats. Nadia learns that the area is the heart of Italian charcuterie, and that the micro climate of Emilia-Romagna is what makes the curing of meats so flavorful.

The region of Emilia-Romagna is home to many of the most well-known ingredients in Italian cuisine. This region is a force of nature!

Nadia aka the Pasta Queen and her father Tonino continue their journey through Campania as they explore what makes the ultimate comfort food. They visit the Amphitheatre of Capua, an ancient colosseum where gladiators battled during the height of the Roman Empire.

Today, the Pasta Queen takes inspiration from family traditions and creates three new dishes. As the ancient proverb says,

Nadia completes her Pugliese adventure by traveling to Altamura and Bari, two beautiful cities with one-of-a-kind culinary experiences. Embracing the philosophy that "haste makes waste," Nadia advocates for savoring every moment, taking our time, and being careful, especially when it comes to delicious ingredients or pasta.
